I know, it's kind of crazy. I think it just goes to show how many people don't use this forum. I find her sheer amount of AW feedback the most surprising, considering most people won't give her any especially since most/many will just book on the phone. As far as I'm aware she doesn't ask for any feedback either (or at least she didn't when I saw her).
