Made appointment over text for the afternoon, she was polite and responsive. She asked for a second confirmation early afternoon, I did so, everything arranged. She then asked if I could come by 15 minutes earlier, I agreed, got into the tube. Came out of tower hills station, got a text message that she had to cancel. She was apologetic, and when pressed said it was a family emergency. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, anyone else have a similar experience? No mention of compensation for time wasted.

Same here. Too difficult. She'll answer the first texts and sometimes just suddenly stop answering. Every time I tried to book her, I either had no answer, a couple of answers to then disappear, or worse, set a time and when I ask to confirm before leaving she's not answering

She probably takes a million bookings at once and ends up in a first come, first serve basis. Not worth the effort I guess
