Had seen Lia the previous week and was keen for a repeat.

Confirmed availability with the telephone maid and arrived on time.  Everything was fine until door was opened not by a petite South American girl (Lia) but by quite a large black woman who locked the door behind her  .  I asked where Lia was and after a bit of confusion was confirmed that she wasn't on site so I walked.  I'd bought a couple of ice lollies with me (as it was bloody hot) and let her have one - well it was the least a gentleman could do in the circumstances.

Call, explain what happened and politely ask for a discount on your next booking?  It will give you a bit of an indication of what kind crew you are dealing with.  Mucking up a booking is one thing, a deliberate switch is something else.  Please report back if you do.

You did the right thing walking. More of us should do it if we arent happy with the B&S, which incidently is an automatic negitive.
If you go ahead with the B&S you can comment in a positive way if it was subsequently a good experience as the case may be.

Not that girl, she wa very dark with black hair and looked pretty voluptuous (not quite as large as the one in your picture though).
