This is why I'm tempted to give up the punting game. Comms - Pretty good. I first messaged through AW and when it wasn't even read, even though logins were each day and "Available" was showing, I started to move on in my panic. Location - Ah. Well, the positive is that it's easy to find, with car parking at a reasonable price and also train stations close by. For those who prefer salubrious surroundings then look away now.
The flat is really basic, the bathroom is clean but needs work, as does the plumbing which needs those leaking taps sorted.
