I don’t think that they are. I’ve not seen Pakistani Teen but when I contacted Pakii Princess she preemptively told me that she gets asked this a lot and that they are not the same person. She told me she does not know Pakistani Teen though someone on this thread has suggested they may be working together.

If I remember correctly, Pakistani Teen has had a previous AW profile as well in which she showed more of her face and these looked different to Pakii Princess too.
