From what I understand she was on tagged bail for about a year before she was sentenced so that’s why she was released after only 16 weeks as each day on tagged bail reduces a sentence by half a day she had probation for 6 months but that was that.

FFS it even tells you in the link you provided, you serve all of the sentence be that in prison or out on licence.

If the sentence is for 12 months or more
For prison sentences of 12 months or more the person spends the first half of the sentence in prison and the second half in the community ‘on licence’.

If they break any licence conditions - eg they commit another crime - they could go back to prison.

This is a very important point and worthy of careful consideration.  It is particularly relevant for fuckers who punt from primary research alone (ie without UKP references); I have just started on this road.  I have done a careful review of 3 SPs that I know from personal experience are scammers.  Comparing these to SP’s I trust - very clear differences are apparent.  Interpreting rating history is a useful tool in the armoury of the skilled punter.
