I get that NigelF, I really do. But the review wasn't based on the whole facts.
Basically she was a bit late ! That's it ! Nothing more to see ! Have you never been late for anything ?
I know it can be frustrating and we've all been there, but fuck me, to then go on a complete rant and make unfounded accusations is a bit much don't you think ?

Yes, while technically she was only 15 minutes late in the end, he was expecting it be 30 mins late (although at least he was warned in advance - although she should have also replied to him a lot sooner after he said that was no good for him). I agree it's definitely nowhere near the worst let down but it's still annoying and disappointing and it was enough to prevent the punt going ahead which is an undeniably poor outcome (and I think he was right not to set off given he the fact that he was expecting it to be 30 mins later, possibly more given that didn't get a reply for a long time - which is rarely a good sign).
I agree that the back to back stuff is an assumption and in conjunction with one of his later posts he also seems a bit paranoid about it. Nonetheless, we've not not seen any proof of what actually happened prior and in many cases it would be a somewhat fair assumption although it was still an inappropriate/rude thing to bring it up with her (because he obviously couldn't prove his accusation so why bother souring things). What she was doing just before the punt is also fairly irrelevant (unless it didn't include a shower etc) although I do appreciate that some people do care (although one can only expect so much given the nature of punting).
It's not a great review but it's still mostly justified (the key part - her not being on time and her somewhat poor comms) and it is (or was) helpful for punters to know (even if just as a heads up to make sure you put some extra time aside in case she runs late). How important being 15-30 mins late is, is for individual punters to decide. It's better for punters to have the review than not. Although of course this "aftermath" isn't ideal.
