Ok so i left a positive review for Susan last week who works here and Negative for sophia.

Went for the same service a 30min massage and b2b for an extra £40 and when i compare susan to sophia (romanian)  it was a different experience

Sophia gave a very weak massage just rubbing oil all over the body no pressure but was chatty, after 15min who asked about extras and this being the first time i have seen her asked what kind of b2! She offers and she confirmed mutual massage and i could give her a happy ending, this i understood to mean i could at least touch her fanny.  But when the time came she stripped leaving her stockings and underwear on, refused to get on the table (so no body to body) and didnt like touching of the chest.

I know romanians cant be trusted and she proved that.  She has a great body but i should have just gone for the hj at £20 or seen susan who was totally different

All in all felt totally ripped off total damage £30+40 = £70

I got addicted to this place but it works out same as 30min with escort and in fact the b2b is only 10min so expensive. Might go again if desperate but stick to hj

You could always call or email: "I wanted a moment of your time so that I could tell you about my experience with x. As you know, it common for your staff and the customers to privately discuss some special services. Previously I've had very good experiences with Y, and that has meant I have revisited your spa several times and I've been pleased enough to want to tell others about my happy experience with your business. But my last experience with x on x day was different. We discussed a normal additional service which I have enjoyed here before and together, we agreed a price. Unfortunately, after having taken the money for this, she then decided that she didn't want to fulfil her part of the agreement.

I was very unhappy but x would not take my complaints seriously. Your reception room was busy at the time and I didn't want to complain in front of your other customers. But I really do think that x has badly let me and you down in this matter, to such an extent that I haven't wanted to visit again. I just thought it would be the right thing to let you know, so that you could take action which you feel might be appropriate and perhaps I too could then feel confident enough to visit again."

If she didn't deliver B2B "properly" then worth mentioning.  Any extras beyond that aren't meant to be on offer so no point.  If I like a place and management are effective then I let them know if girls are letting the side down.  Better they get nixed and a replacement brought in who might be a star.

She's a tall (5'8"ish), slim Chinese woman around 40, longish, straight black hair, slender face.  Accented English, middle register voice.  Introduce yourself and remember her voice then call back later on.

Just keep it brief, you only mention the shortfall vs permitted services.  If you've taken the trouble to chat to them in reception and introduce your (punter) self then as long as they remember you there's no need to harp on about regularity of visits.

I don't, and I'll respectfully disagree about referring to the extras (though, natch, I wouldn't actually specify them), since a/ the receptionist usually openly explains that new customers must 'discuss with the girl' and b/ the manager absolutely understands that they're the reason she has 90% of her footfall and therefore her commission. It's a very succinct message at 7 lines, but in addition to explaining what went wrong, you've got to lead people in the direction of what they might want to do to rectify the matter, whilst still leaving the apparent 'decision' to do so with them. I'm sure the OP would tailor his own, spoken or by email /text, but IME - similar approaches have been successful enough.

You're probably right: although wasn't there a similar thread where the OP mentioned the masseuse's apparently poor english, only for someone else to pipe up that that's all a useful act for when it might suit and that in fact she's utterly fluent?
