He said no I want exactly half of the amount of the hour back, I said no you can pay me just for my 30 minute rate and I'll give you the remainder. He was getting annoyed saying that he should have exactly half of it back, I said no.

£100 for 30 minutes, £150 for 60 minutes. Do you not see how cutting short a 60 booking at 30 and then saying that costs 100 is a con? Buy one get one half price and when they pay give them only one at full price is not honest.

If a booking is cut short half way through then what was wanted has not happened so it is not the same as a punter asking for and getting a 30 minute booking. What took place before you had to give up? It is a disappointment and should have been heavily discounted. This punters offer of half your hour fee was generous. Especially when the booking must have been going badly with you unable to perform. He had every right to hang around if you were messing him about. He should have made a stance and is right to review to warn others and make it clear to you how badly you handled it. You behaved unreasonably and unscrupulously.

It's Friday the 22nd of December. It's going to be a half-day at work because of Christmas so you figure - great day to see Anabella, who has been on my hotlist for ages.

Comms: fantastic. Arranged to meet later that day at 3:30pm. Now, I should have arranged a plan B, but this is Anabella. Her brand, if I may call it that, is that she's absolutely amazing and reliable, so I was really looking forward to seeing her and quite confident it would go ahead. 3:25pm - she messages and asks to postpone till 4pm or she can't see me. Very annoying, to say the least. I don't have a job that allows me to leave early so the time spent freshening up and travelling could really have been spent doing something else. And you know how it is when you're really looking forward to seeing someone specific, sometimes seeing another girl isn't a) that simple; b) what you want in any case.

She has previously cancelled a booked meet with me before but that was in very good time, so whilst she appears not to cancel at the last minute as a habit, she does cancel, and I can see now that she cancelled on someone else on here as well. So that's a pass for me. Damn shame as I am sure she's a lovely girl and I quite looked forward to making her acquaintance  but sadly not to be.

Her thinking goes like this: "I know I'm sore and should cancel, but he will pay me £250, so I'll go ahead, and if I can't continue I'll cancel mid booking and not pay him back his money, and if he complains I'll offer him a totally unrealistic refund, and if that fails I'll threaten him ....

TBH I'd take a grain of salt with the stories from both sides...She's wrong for taking the booking in the first place, its shitty to have a booking cut that short, should have given half his money back not charged him the 30 min given the circumstances. I could see how he could have gotten pissed, not leave and come off intimidating. So its not crazy to me that she would threaten to call reception....She definitely handled that whole situation wrong.

With all accounts it’s probably right to be circumspect. It would be very hard for me to place myself in her position- as I know that violence is not something i would countenance (as did she in my honest opinion).

But this suggestion that she would report me to reception is quite frankly ludicrous. They would evict her, which would mean no more bookings that day - and she has invested in that room for a couple of days as I understand. They would also have likely asked me to leave, and subject to my complaint involved the police.

Why would I remain if I had been reimbursed? Objectively it might appear that her account doesn’t add up.

It is the absolute right of everyone to take from this sorry story what they believe to be correct.

The sp has at first denied, then amended her account to make he sound more reasonable. Ironically even in her redacted/amended version she behaved in an objectively unreasonable manor. That is perhaps the one irrefutable truth that any member of the forum can take away.
