He ended up in bed due to an infection from all the shite in his flat cap.
His doctor took the piss and said it`s a sever form of scalpicapitus ( a made up latin of the word scalp as in head, and capitus as in flat cap.
Took Fred a few weeks to figure out his doctor had a sense of humour
