Moscow looks your best bet but with Visa, flights (depending on where you are flying from) can be quite pricey place to get to but does appear a good place to go to.

My experience in Moscow was not great. Far too many fake profiles. Most of the girls require a minimum 2 hour booking and then once you done round 1 they are putting their clothes back on.
