Avoid this is a scammer .. on arrival there was a bloke and another woman .. they left, she took the money went to the bathroom to change , bloke reappears all polite small chat but told to leave ... total scam .. didn't make a fuss as didn't want violence .. should of stopped at the front door which had evidence of being kicked in ... for a new house place is a hovel
