However, it certainly looks to me like you and VW are too close to be objective together. However, we’re all into the business of giving and receiving a good service. Interesting post but surprising. The welsh board is probably one of the more relaxed ones. The only time I see people get jumped on is where someone new comes on with some bizarre statement that goes against everyone else has reported.

I’ve never understood the mentality of people being scared of what strangers on the internet say. Grow a set of balls FFS. At the end of the day we are all adults with different points of views. Debate is good and helps get to the crux of the matter, the problems arise when it starts to get personal and the petty insults start flying. If everyone just relaxed a little and had discussions like grown ups half of the arguments wouldn’t happen. Yes you can put people on ignore but that seems a massive waste of time to me as you could miss a valid point being made somewhere or lose context. The only person that has any power on the site is admin, everything else is just noise.
