Venue (10/10) - Nice newly built apartments less than 5 mins walk from East Croydon station. Not a busy area and you could be coming to visit anyone as they have multiple flats within the building. If driving (as I was) parking meters on all local adjacent roads with plenty of spaces.

I've only seen her once. On paper, I should go back. She was outstanding. But I also think she peaked on that first visit.
