Just to add about the licence. The council will have licensed them for massage (only massage - not extras) and the police are consulted. They can't operate without a licence. In view of the well publicised case in the Birmingham paper - Harmony88, there's a thread on it - the Chinese shop owners want to avoid police or council nosing around.
