I have my own thoughts on this thread but it is only proper and fair if the creator of this thread Last_Days_of_Logan expressed his own thoughts.
My own thoughts briefly (here read opus magnus opus
) is that there is an inherent contradiction at the heart of the thread itself.
1. I thought (incorrectly) the thinking behind the thread would be for those WGs who were E and beyond on the FS scale. In other words, those WGs that fall by a very small margin to make the Punther's Charter and/or Bubble Butt thread
This very fact is actually mentioned by Last_Day_of_Logan in his own charter

I am sure there are more than a few lovely women that have more of a square shape Hip to waist proportion but the "VW scale" should be really good in order to compensate
Good VW. From the pic below i would say that it should be 52 degrees minimum. If we are talking the 43 degree range then the waist to Hips probably should be super awesome

Normally you would get blow back for girls that are a "D" or "E"...and in some instances even a "C" brings about some debate. no such restrictions here. It's all about the Coke bottle curvy type shape no matter the dress size

Flat Booty. The ladies Need to have some bounce / angle/ Arch on that Booty.
Waist being wider than the Hips should also be a no i would imagine.
2. What I observe generally is not in line with the above. WGs who lack the curvy type mentioned above are entered, WGS who lack any VW are entered. Hip to waist ratio although mentioned in the charter are ignored, squared shaped butts are entered etc etc. The side effect of this is that generally the butts are of poor quality and it is l(hmmm hmm excuse the pun
)
largely 'fat' and in some cases obese WGs.
3. My own personal thought on why the charter is being ignored is because of the stipulation that
any size can be entered. This is, in fact, a contradiction in terms because at some point, the very amount of fat will mean that the WG cannot be curvy by the Logan's Charter.
When posting here, I have tried to go by what I thought was the raison d'etre of the thread and I always show how this larger/BBW type compares to the FS scale (on the original thread).
So in this respect I am in agreement with pp1920 and Rocket Scientist that the thread needs more regulating ie follow the guidelines - which very few seem to do, except for any size WG can be entered regardless of shape/size) or a total re-wording of the original Last_Days_of_Logan Charter so as to take out the inherent contradictions therein.
