Correct me if I'm wrong, but there seems to be a hike in rates for majority of the profiles I'm reviewing of late - would this be Covid-19 related ? If YES will this be the norm when we return or not ?

Yup, there has been a hike among the indie profiles and likely it has been covid related, lack of supply of WGs so the ones still available can almost charge what they like, whilst there may be WGs that charge more to cover their costs with reduced footfall and reduce potential exposure to the virus from a numbers point of seeing punters. Don't know if it will go back down. My domain of operation is still latina bhouses and their prices have stayed the same so I have not been affected. If I only saw indies though I would be raging with all the hikes and extras I see, paying more for less is a real boner killer. I think even agencies have jacked up their prices too, shits crazy.
