Re: this report. Agree it is unprofessional. Sadly I couldn’t do the booking and IMO the reason is irrelevant because the end result is the same. I couldn’t take his money and knowingly give a bad service. I never aim to give an unenthusiastic service. I frequently take breaks to chill out and refresh myself.
That's a woeful response.
You still haven't apologised for wasting the OP's time, just the equivalent of shrugging your shoulders and saying, "yeah, guess it's professional but I wasn't feeling right and that's the way it is".
Did you really only decide when he turned up that you weren't up for it? Surely you had an idea at least an hour or even two before.
Either way, you should have explained that to him and offered him a heavily discounted booking at a future date, not just texted him when he's at the door saying "Sorry, can't do booking".
