Got the postcode and travelled for 40 mins across London in searing heat. Texted on arrival as requested. Response was 'I am nearly ready, give me 2 minutes'. 5 mins came and went. Nothing. Chased and called. Nothing.
Got that familiar sinking feeling so left the scene mighty peed off. Had a pint instead. Eventually got a message after 20 mins, asking me if I was still outside. As if.
No excuse, no apology. Will not return obviously.
