Gotta say fair play for the toftt, looking at that profile my first thoughts are fake profile and probably no girl even exists. I would never have had the balls (pardon the pun) to even look at phone number so hats off to ya your a braver man than me.
Must say I've never seen anyone in Harlow in a hotel mind if I ask which one.
The only venue I've ever visited was near supermarket small estate of new build flats.

The venue I visit is right next to sainsburys I've had various punts there had no issues with discretion safe during day (cant say for night), and the wg that work are usually touring girls.
That hotel does sound ropey I think I get that postcode text to me I will probably have to say oh dear I'm not going to make it.

Ok I'm not sure if its against the rules but it is usually gladwin way
parking for hour in sainsburys.its the new flats across the road.
I havnt been there a while but a majority of my harlow punts were there.
You'll see from my reviews alot of the harlow ones were girls on tour.
There may not always be someone working there but when they do pop up in harlow that is one of the places they use.

That Oasis place sounds like the venue from hell. 

Here's a typical review - 85% of reviews give it a shite 1* - worth going through the reviews on trip advisor if you want a laugh. 

Waiting to get stabbed

This place you can't even describe. it's like a scene from the film vacancy. Your just waiting for someone to come bursting through the door to kill you.
When we arrived there was a man at reception who couldn't seem to understand why 2 guys had booked a double room. Eventually he gave in and took us to our room which was across a flat roof when entering the room he asked if anyone was in there. At this point we should have just turned around and ran.
So the room well the window was boarded up, the wardrobe had an empty can of coke on in, the bin was full of rubbish, the bed was unclean with hairs and stains, the coffee cups were unclean the bathroom was an abomination. Didn't find out till later that it's used by the council to house crack heads, prostitutes and the homeless. This has to be the worst place on the planet I wouldn't come back if you paid me, absolutely disgusting.
BULLDOZE AND FINISH THIS PLACE OFF!!!!!!!
