She just stood me up
We agreed on a time and date yesterday, booking request sent, postcode received.
Went there today and texted her that I had arrived, no reply. Waited till it was near the time agreed than sent another text, still no reply. I saw she hadn't logged in and because of the lack of reply I decided to go home.

Also, I sent her an email asking her to explain what happened.

She just got back to me after I left negative feedback. She said she went home for family emergencies and she didn't have her phone or laptop. I think she's lying.

Yes, she's almost certainly lying. WGs seem to be the most unlucky people on the planet. Even if she is being somewhat genuine, she's still an idiot as it's very unprofessional/rude not to have her work phone/SIM on her so she can warn you.
