Unusually for me, I had some space to make advance arrangements, so was impressed with the speed and flexibility in response from Susan. In summary a few texts were exchanged (
purely to make the appointment - there was no mention of 'extras and / or price by either myself or Susan during the text exchanges) which resulted in an appointment being made for Monday 9th early afternoon.
The final communication simply suggested that I would confirm Monday morning. My logic was, I figured that by suggesting a confirmation on the same day, if my availability changed (which it often does) then that would be my out, which in affect will reduce any potential for misunderstanding. Susan was fine with this, and everything is going well. I enjoy my weekend, with my only worry being in relation to Burnley closing the gap on Arsenal with a fine 2-1 away win at Watford. ArrangementsMid Monday morning, I confirm via text, and at this stage I ask for pricing for 30 minutes and 60 minutes. Susan quotes £30 for 30 minutes and £45 for 60 minutes, and also sends full address details and some directions.
Location Henley in Arden in a nice residential Cul-de-sac area. Have to echo Tantric Mats advice, because whilst Susan's directions are spot on, I also had some issues with SAT NAV. I would add, that it maybe opportune to park in a nearby street and make a short walk to actual road. I found a nice spot that was not overly obvious to neighbours, but had a sense that any stranger would be noticed by surrounding residents.
Anyway on arrival I give the letterbox a couple of taps and Susan meets and greets - all very welcoming, but she made it clear that there was a male on the premises "just in case".
VenueSemi detached property. Appears to be own family accommodation. On entry Susan asks for removal of shoes in hallway, asks me if I am well and lets me know that there is a male in the premises. and we enter the ground floor converted living room which is fully stocked with massage table, towels, oils etc. All very plush with high pile carpets, sofa, and heated via a wall fire.
Susan - £55 for 30 minutes of her time. Massage and HE.
I am not ashamed to admit that Tantric Mats description was why I was there. I found her attractive, slim but with a sense of professionalism that she knows her business model. None of the adverts I saw give a hint of her ethnicity, but she is of ebony dark complexion, with a soft Nigerian accent, with an ass that is perfectly in proportion with her slim frame. The ass is peachy, and just looks FaF in the black skin tight leggings. Yet again I can only echo Tantrics description. This is no Nicki Minaj

I have a habit of only taking sufficient funds, so on payment of the massage fee (£30), I initiate the discussion of extras (prior to massage). She quotes a further £35 for HE. Typically in other establishments HE is £20, so I explain that I only have a further £25 not £35. Brief pause and she accepts, so pay her £55 in total for 30 minutes Massage and HE.
Undressed and onto the table, Susan asks me if i was warm enough and proceeded by placing towels over my legs, then flannel washing my feet. As I recall, the massage went from feet to calf, lower leg, buttocks, lower back,to neck, shoulders, arm. This was then repeated before being ushered to turn over. During both rounds of the face down massage, Susan would occasionally check my well being which was appreciated by me. At no point were there any CC swipes, instead she had this reach under technique that would gradually arouse my boner, then she would deny by reverting back to the massage area and continue. Was interesting to note that Susan applied a number of different massage oils - some cold, some warm, some hot, which in combination with her massage expertise I found surprisingly invigorating.
Typically when I partake in FBSM my expectations are largely led by the HE. Conscious of the time, (by now 30 minutes have lapsed) on the turnover, I was expecting a quick yank, which in fairness would of been fine just for the view of her ass.

VerdictIMO this has landed in positive, but I have some concerns for others. Namely; there is some difficulty locating the address using SAT NAV. There is a male on the premises - who in fairness was not obvious, but this can be off-putting for some. If she gets busy, making arrangements may prove difficult in the future. Finally, I am not convinced that £35 for HE is sustainable with the likes of nearby Old Lode Lane charging £40 inclusive of HE.
Overall though Susan has a niche and clearly knows her business model. Her massage technique was superb, and I thoroughly enjoyed her company. I will no doubt return.
