Called Jodie of Chelmsford via an advert on Vivastreet. All done by text as she wouldn't pick up. Texted during the day and booked an evening slot with agreed time and duration. Texted later to confirm and then to say I was 30 minutes away only to receive a text back saying she was now busy. So time wasted organising visit and then being left high and dry.
