Not quite a review but a potentially concerning observation. Emailed Roxy on Wednesday asking about a booking for Monday. Time and date agreed. By Sunday evening I’d heard nothing from her regarding confirmation or an address - no problem, she’d probably email me in the morning. Later on that evening I regrettably had to cancel, so emailed her immediately to apologise and explain, and asked to rearrange. I figured she would see it in the morning but was concerned that she might see it as too late notice and refuse to see me again. Checked at 9 this morning even though I wasn’t seeing her today anymore and it still was unopened. I checked her profile and her last login date was 04/04 (Wednesday). To this point she still hasn’t been online since Wednesday and obviously my email is unopened.
This all didn’t matter for me as I couldn’t see her anymore but i thought it’s a good job I had to cancel! I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and say that there might have been a problem with her getting online which hopefully she will apologise for later. I still want to see her again on Monday, but it’s potentially concerning for her to confirm a booking and then not log on to email details and potentially leave a client stuck in Northwich.
