Met this lady last week. Had a good evening but although had paid a lot for her to stay till the morning I heard the hotel bedroom door close at 2.30am (had been snoozing) . She supposed to have stayed till 6 or so but buggered off seriously early. No reason for it. I called her and left a message but no response. Eventually the next day I got a text saying sorry felt ill so went thanks for a good evening. No offer of any refund of course..... All I can say is it was a lot of money down the drain. Second time I've got fleeced. Not sure what I could have done there. All I can suggest is always book first on AW as at least you can leave a review. Shame - it had actually been a really good evening...

Plus tbh given she knew what I'd paid and that she left surreptitiously and didn't contact further seems to me evident she's not planning on a refund. Seems silly though - why risk a bad review like this? Especially as the evening was perfectly pleasant

You should be less suggestive / implicit and should send a direct email with your calculated revision of fee and explicit sum due for refund. Then see how she responds to that.

I've no idea whether the reason she gave is genuine or not, but if she alters the agreement then she should revise the fee. Otherwise it's plain dishonesty and disrespect. You fulfilled your part of the transaction.

Is she a member on here? If so it would be positive to hear her proposal to compensate you.

Had you met her previously? A grand is a big punt on an unknown (and her only other review on here is a resounding positive from Mr F). That said, I've never seen the point of overnights and paying someone to sleep!

I knew her FB identity because she was showing me pics of her dog. I had messaged her on that to ask what had happened which means she knows who I am. Shit I really am dumb. Especially as going through divorce which means she could find my wife through my profile....

Better luck next time. I was admonished "I'm not your slave!" in a recent overnighter that was without charge. We don't know the rules because there aren't any.

Indeed, am relatively new to it. My failing is more in thinking WGs are rational rather than moral - I.e. why risk repeat business?
Have met some great WGs, and interestingly the best ones have been older. I think maybe later in life they're not so arrogant and take a more realistic, mature and understanding view of things.

You probably won't get a refund, but you might feel better about being assertive and trying. Tell her what amount you expect, direct her to this review, and inform her that you'll post any details of any positive resolution to this.

She may see this and do the right thing (compensate you) for the wrong reason (self-preservation). However, any positive outcome for you is better than where you are now.

Get some reviews of these up then. It's difficult to take you seriously when you just look like a naive, hapless, soft target (which of course you have been in both reviews to date).

You also come across as wanting more from punting than just paid sex. Don't, because that's all it is. You can meet some amazing women, have some fantastic times, etc, but keep your head straight.

Plus if you're going for significant financial outlay, then see them for shorter periods first and discern whether they're trustworthy on the basis of that.

However I am happy to warn people about dodgy behaviour given that prewarned is at least prepared.

I know what you mean about being competitive, and some are. For me it's more about being credible, and both your current reviews are problematic in that sense. It would be good to see that you can also punt positively and without it going badly wrong. Up to you though.

First of all, Mr B, thank you for warning is about this WG. She poses a risk.

Secondly, this is a “club” where we share info to make better decisions. The ones who compete are saddos, many of us put the effort into directing where we’ve had a good time and where to avoid. There are some great punts out there; use the info on here (through I appreciate it may not have helped here).

Not sure what the suspicion is - that I'm some sort of plant? I'm suspicious at my ability to get conned but that's not illegal is it. But - I've had plenty a good encounter so see this as something to learn from. In particular to always book on AW so you can leave feedback. In this instance, I'm on a hiding to nowhere in my view (given all we know here).

Thanks - yes, good sleuthing even if I say so myself and you did what I was pointing to obliquely by reading the article all the way down and did the FB search on the two mentioned. It's definitely her - 100%.
