Personally, I don't quite agree. It is definitely a good general rule but some of the many advantages of punting are that it is (or at least should be) quick, easy and involve no intimate connection or drama. You might well be able to pull them but having sex with them so soon (and the kind of sex/things that you like) will require at least more time and effort than a punt. After sex it's not too hard to piss off (or get them to piss off if they're at yours) but again there's no drama with punting and as some people say, I don't just pay to fuck, I pay to leave.

I also think "never pull" is an overly strong phrase considering very few WGs are very good looking/top drawer,  hence very few are actually in the "never" able to pull category. Something more along the lines of "unlikely to pull" would probably be more appropriate - at least for the vast majority (although admittedly a bit of a weird thing to say).
