Guys this is my first review so go easy on me.

Comms: Very easy over text.
Location: Two minute walk from Liverpool Street station in serviced apartments. Was buzzed in upon arrival. Apartment was nice and clean, there was another girl who also works out from that apartment, named Bella Blue.
