Some escorts in the usa, used this tactic and kept there web site up and running, with every web site, you have to be over 18, and select to to enter, some web sites have additional information, which is being aimed at the police forces in America

It basically states, if your a service police officer, or a member of the fbi, they cant access the escort page, right away, and have to declare any interest in the page, and for what reasons your accessing it for
