Timewaster - Booking did not happen

I have been thinking about booking Anna for a while now due to her good reviews and the fact that she seems to have a different look to what I would normally go for.  Booking was made well in advance with my comms being clear and booking was agreed by Anna for the time and date.  We were in touch a few times before booking and I emailed Anna day before to confirm booking with her which she agreed and let me know location of booking which was to be a hotel in Cardiff City centre.

Texted Anna on morning of booking.  Had not heard from her and then checked my AW emails shortly before agreed booking time to find that she had just emailed me to say she could not make booking.  No real explanation was given other than she admitted it was her error and that if I wanted to rebook she would charge me just a reduced half hour rate.  I will not be rebooking as I value my time as much, if not more than my money, and as I had a day off work, I was very annoyed that my day had been wasted, especially with a cancellation so close to the booking.

I had tried to get a booking with a regular girl instead but was unable to, though she did have the decency and professionalism to let me know quickly and of course it was at such short notice.  Very disappointed, and will not be attempting to book her again.

Fuck all snow in Cardiff and all main roads were clear and safe from Bridgend to Newport. She has no excuse really, don’t try and give her one.

Same point as it’s actually against UKE to respond to UKP reviews but many do it anyway. I’ve not seen much of her on UKE but the couple of times I have I noticed a slight attitude in the way she responded to me.

I don't know what the snow condition is like around the country, there was heaps of it clinging around my area yesterday. Didn't start melting until this afternoon, just trying to work out the logistics around the country's conditions. God knows why.

Sorry you had to deal with this  on your day off mr D, I  don’t generally get days off so understand your point, well, at least she did tell you, my negative no show did’t contact for over a day and e-mails like nothing happened ? Mine had history, don’t think Anna has, so obviously something went badly wrong from her point of view, but she definitely could have handled it better, I’ve had a few cancellations in the last few months , but all messaged etc ( except candy ) and we re arranged.

Bad Luck Mr D, these things happen, must admit I just strike them through and don't bother with them again!

If, however they make contact and an effort to explain, then that is different, but I have had at least two occasions in the past three years with no contact nor explaination.

It doesn't get rid of the urge though when these anticipated meets don't happen!

Whatever Welsh forum member didn't know this previously, certainly knows now. That's fine with me. Admin was kind enough to allow me to return, and I've been very grateful and blessed to return and contribute in what way I can here.

Also I have a tremendous amount of respect for Mrdiamond77 also. Besides the fact he's very polite, doesn't flap his gums as much as me, and he's more gentlemanly than me, and doesn't go into as much detail as me - we both have similar circumstances in a manner of speaking:- We are both single, both of us don't drive, and both work as hard as possible in our civvy lives to achieve our bookings. We both use public transport to travel far for bookings, and if I was in his position to travel so far and been cancelled on short notice, I would have been pissed off too and given a negative. His judgement and review is fair, and very rarely do I see him annoyed and irritated.

Do you know what veiled actually means? My post states quite clearly what I meant.

I don't have to drop hints at any hardman credentials, it's completely pointless. I was looking forward to a training session and posted about it. You really need to stop making up hidden meanings 

Plus why do you care what is written on anyone elses wall when you hide yours?
