A positive review is a recommendation
IMO, not necessarily. A punter can be happy with his punt/s but might not feel fully able to recommend her to others. It also really depends on what the punter wants. To me, this review is saying he found her to be mostly good but definitely not great and it seems there is a high risk of being disappointed (as per her other reviews) and the OP can see why (based on his own experiences).
Also, this doesn't really qualify as a review, as it is an opinion based upon several visits

I always took that to mean not multiple punts with
different girls. However if that is what admin meant then I'm sure he would have said that
Also, given the fairly new rule that states that you can't review a WG positively more than once in any 12 month period (unless a duo etc), he would be unable to post reviews for each of his punts (unless some of them were neutral or negative). I suppose he could do threads in the North West discussion section though.
IMO, I think it's fine to include multiple punts for the same girl as long as you state that clearly (i.e. you've seen her multiple times, it's not a review of a first meet) and if they were all fairly similar experiences (which seems debatable in this case - so perhaps other reviews are warranted, particularly for the first or second meet). I do however think it's best practice to review first meets if you can remember them (even if you've seen her subsequently) because that's likely to be most helpful/realistic for those reading the review.
Perhaps I'm misinterpreting/taking liberties with the rules though, I would welcome any clarification (or other views).
I do think that this review barely qualifies as one though but mainly because it's lacking in detail, particularly about the services he received and why they were good.
