I was merely trying to clarify. Checking the profile pictures, and her stating pre op on profile (don’t think I saw it on the review), I was asking if this was still in fact classed as a dude. Simple, not narrow minded at all.

I've had this a couple of time with TS punts, especially when they duff their load early, they just lose interest. These days I drive my TS punts slightly differently to my normal punts in that I make sure the punt ends when I want it to and not when they want it to.

Ah, fair enough. Only a few list it as an extra on their profiles but when I've talked to others (who don't mention anything on their profile) some have said that it's an extra (or is extra but is included in very long bookings, e.g. 1.5 hours or more). In my experience it's particularly common from the Latin ones.
