Well I was rather shocked today ,,, I was at my usual gym working out as I normally do on a Sunday morning ,,, 

Thought I'd get there and get sorted prior to treating my mum to a Sunday lunch. 


And this was were the blast from the past ran in to me.  ,,,, can any one remember an ex Notorious girl ????    Who the long arm of the law was a little bit longer.  ?    Victoria Thorne ??? 

Totally shell shocked she's now working as a fitness advisor and coach at a high end Leasure & gym provider ( for discretion shake I won't be naming the gym or the company or the location

You could of hit me with a 1000 ld weight and I would of been less stunned.     I was doing my bench work when she approached me out of the blue and started giving me advice on weigh work ? Only been doing weights now for 27 years ,, but hey never to old to obtain a little more professional help

So on the way out I thought got to ask ,,, so I asked did you say your name is victoria ???? Reply yes.  I smiled Then the penny dropped with her as well ,,,, and was asked how did you recognise me ,,, simple once bent always bent 

She was more shocked I'd noticed her.   

How can I put it ,,,, it's a fair cop I suppose.   On the way back home. I was thinking how the mighty have fallen.

If your daughter had been in the media in the same way for the same reasons would you not be ‘in the loop’ with forums and the industry, would there not be nebby gets desperate for a reason to go running back to the family to take it all back and cause a scene?
