All I am advocating is trying to reduce the risks to us all by calling out risky behaviour.
All you will achieve is argument here over hearsay comments. And you'll give the guys on the specialist forum even more info as to where to look. This thread, and the regional equivalents are some of their best resources for finding BB girls

Who defines risky? Your interpretation may well be at odds with other peoples.
I consider that your apparent belief that the only medical threat is from overt barebackers, is actually the biggest risk of all as it wrongly implies all other sex is safe.
