I've been swithering about this review for a while now, but I noticed someone else has just posted an almost identical experience to mine, so I might as well add one to at least indicate some consistency.

Comms: Pretty easy by phone/txt. Directions given were a bit confusing but I found the place without too much difficulty.  Sounded friendly on the phone.
