I've never been to that parlour so they may differ from others
but as general rule get their about 10 or 15 mins before the time you've booked.
When you make a phone booking you're just a stranger on the end of the phone a parlours get their fair share if time wasters who dont show up.
If, for instance, you book a girl for say 2pm:
if at 1.55 there's no sign of you and a walk in customer wants to book her you may lose your slot.
As I say it depends on the parlour and how busy they are, and in an ideal world it wouldn't happen but the reality is it does happen.
