Yes, I think you're right. English Gina G/The Kinky GFE was previously called English Courtesan and the reviwer did mention her name in the review title and add the correct link for her but then a while later he posted this in his review thread for her:

Unfortunately he doesn't explain who the review was actually referring to. Do bear in mind their is a small chance he could have been threatened or blackmailed to say such a thing by the WG as this is something that has numerous times in the past on this forum (with different WGs).
