Don't exactly need SPs to quote philosophy, but if you're offering longer bookings then have some sort of conversational skill and charm in the repertoire. No suggestion that you would be expected to protect your own £200 by bringing your Eton books etal., I simply find it bizarre that this WG Chav was able to manage to suppress a crap attitude, which you allude as being:

When I made the booking, there were one positive, one neutral and one negative reviews. The others came later. So at the time I thought she must have been one of those that click with some punters but not with all.

@MarcT, it went like this: she opened the door, looked like her pics, so I gave her the money and decided to stay. I started to have some doubts while getting ready for the shower. While. In the shower I overheard her on the phone with someone, and she sounded like an impression of the stereotypical chav that a stereotypical Telegraph columnist would make! Then I saw the alcohol monitoring thingy. Etc etc.
