Discreet Hotels Near Holbeck

Looking at the possibility of a weekend break in Leeds sometime soon, wondered if anyone can recommend any hotels discreet not too far from Holbeck Area. Maybe with reception on first floor, so can take lift past ?

Double tree is close to water lane
There is sky bar at the top floor so you can go straight past reception an into the lift an make it look like you are going to the bar

I think there are some hotels at little closer on Whitehall road but don't know how discreet they are
