I've seen Sam a couple of times, but not for a while, and never reviewed before.  I was reminded to review this booking by a thread about WG generosity on the main board.

This booking was an incall just before Christmas at a serviced apartment to the west of Cardiff that will be familiar to many of you.  Nice ambience with subdued lighting and inoffensive background music. 30 mins (ostensibly) for £80.

This was years ago, when I first started punting. I had a booking with an Asian girl who was at a hotel behind the cardiff train station (it’s still there but I don’t recall the name). I turned up and she was taking long to give me room number etc and the staff approached me asking me what I was looking for. I didn’t even know her real name. She then stopped replying overall to text and calls and then I spotted someone who knew me and worked there 🤦🏽‍♂️

Great advice and what I also do.  Get the room number and lifts location beforehand and walk in naturally.  First hotel booking I was crapping myself.  I am OK about it all now.

Some good pointers there guys. I wish I did think about all those back then. I personally just don’t bother with hotels. Just don’t feel comfortable enough. I usually punt once every couple of months. Some times I will have a urge where I will see girls twice within 2 weeks and then nothing for a few months but I tend to stick to the girls that are well reviewed on here.

Saying all this I would like To see Samattha. I think I’ll email her to see where she is working from.

Lobby and reception were deserted. I really enjoyed my time with her and will definitely be returning soonish but keep getting tempted by girls I haven't seen yet.

And if you really want to throw the hotel staff off the scent make eye contact and say "morning/afternoon/evening*" as you walk pass. All about the air of confidence you give off.

As others have said looking confident is key. If it is a hotel that I haven’t been in before, not sure where the lifts are, how to get to the rooms etc, I pretend that I have just received *the* most important email ever and that I become oblivious to my surroundings and are just concentrating on reading the email or typing a reply. I just have this ‘don’t you dare interrupt me’ me look on my face.I might even briefly sit in a chair in reception to read this email, whilst briefly glancing around for the lift and generally sussing out the lay out. Similarly if others get out of the lift on the same floor as me, I need to concentrate on this oh, so important email until they are out of sight.

Personally I prefer to run the gauntlet of a hotel lobby rather than the curtain twitching neighbours in a private apartment.

I've only seen her in apartments more recently so I think she favours them these days. If i recall correctly she had her own bad experience with a hotel a while back.

Never had a problem with a hotel myself. Like the guys say, find out where you are going first then walk in like you own the place!

I actually prefer hotels these days as I have no issues looking confident as used them a lot with work too. Never bring gifts as this is a red flag IMO. Instructions on lift location are always a help. Some girls even specify which way to turn after lifts which is great. I’m a daytime punter so cleaning staff can be hovering but if I was going to see a mate, I’d not worry so just behave like that. And I never say anything loud or smart arse when door opens.

The 2 things that put me off apartments are those with gates that you have to buzz through to get opened, then go to block and buzz through again. Same visiting mate thoughts sort it out but always feel a bit more exposed at those 2 points, especially if I’ve not been there or seen the girl before.

Nothing insurmountable in either case though.
