I saw this on Facebook tonight, I don't know what has brought this on.

HN Thai Derm Spa & Guesthouse is in Loughborough, so why this appeared on the SuNin facebook page, I can only guess. Maybe the same owners?

"We read great reviews before we booked here and indeed the staff were friendly when we arrived and made us a hot drink. We stayed two nights and I was very disappointed the room was not serviced so we did not have clean towels or milk for our drinks. At £80 a night this was very overpriced for the service we received. "

all recent previous were 5-star so this may have pissed them off? If so, lot of fuss over nothing

This place has the same owners as the two  Su Nin places in Leicester, one on Narborough Road and the other on Fosse Road. HE and more is available at both of those places but I thought the Loughborough place was probably straight ... maybe not any more!!

One way or another something has really pissed off the owner!

From their Facebook page it looks like their shop/spa in Birmingham is up for a quick sale, maybe they have expanded too quickly and over stretched themselves.

I live near SuNin and am a bit of a regular there. They have some connection to Thai Derm guesthouse in Loughborough. Been there only once. Its quite upmarket, very nice but expensive.  They only do regular massage and beauty treatment though. No idea about the Facebook post. Seems strange.
