Checking out these reviews, and searching Lush. I fully understand why a lot of punters have avoided them. General comments from previous posts

Hopefully they can Improve, but some of these issues appear to be over a number of years.

1) Initial Communication - can be poor, can have to repeatedly phone. Can also be left on hold.
2) Have agreed to a specific SP, then informed the OP that they are no available closer to the time. This can happen, if a WG phones sick.
3) They will not discuss services that are on offer, this is general practice with a number of agencies.

Improvement in communications , sorely needed.
