Liars often find it hard to keep tract of their own lies because they say whatever suits them at that moment, it’s often how the majority of people get undone. They spin their own web over a days, months, sometimes years until finally boom there’s enough contradictions to show beyond a reasonable doubt that they are full of shit.
Take this for example:

I'm pretty sure she uses a receptionist, the ring tone isn't (wasn't) in the UK and her profile often says "accessing from Hungary". She told me that "they" change her number all the time.
When we finished up on the second punt they were both going on about UKP. I said I would be happy to give her a positive review and that I was going to.
In both quotes he is talking about the same incident. But in the quote from November he was talking from a position of defensiveness so wrote to cover his ass and probably didn’t even remember what he wrote in August or took a chance that it wouldn’t get noticed. Whereas in the quote from August he was talking from a position of feeling relaxed.
I can’t remember YLF, but I’m pretty certain he would have shown similar patterns, as all these types do. Appears very helpful and eager , initially very apologetic and sounds ‘hurt’ if ever called into question, when heavily questioned he’d resort to counter sluring without actually answering anything that he can’t BS away, before finally just trying to take the right of silence.
I’m done as I think that’s enough for people above a certain level of intelligence to take the warning about this guy.
