Maybe worh putting a post in the SW region as well for recommendations though for the areas you want.

Didn't Victoria Hart  used to be based in or near Caldicot   

I would have thought it was the right place to start if he is looking for her primarily, rather than A N Other.  But in relation the the other half of the question  I must agree, better ask in the South West part

Correct, just outside Chepstow. I believe she retired in the early part of last year.
