I assumed she doesn’t like giving her number out and prefers contact via AW. When I booked her we only spoke via aw and when she called me with a withheld number twice. Once to confirm  and the other to give directions.

Agree there.  My phone is crap anyway and I can find it difficult to get my emails sometimes too.  Like STT, I like to get her phone number beforehand and communicate by text.

Not done a visit via AW e-mail since my early days, pain in the neck, signal was o k as in Cardiff ( but this is not always the case ) but having to log on etc every time was a fucking bind, but if in the outback, could be very frustrating, but never not had a number since, thank god .

Probably the main reason I have not got around to seeing SophieJMX yet, as she communicates via AW only by all accounts.
