Sent email requesting a meet with date and time and received a reply very soon after agreeing to the meet and the arrangments requested. The speed of her response was encouraging.
Sent a email the day before the meet to confirm all was good and received a reply to confirm all was good still.
On the day of the meet I am driving to her location when the phone starts ringing, pulled over and she informed me that she was ill and unable to now meet.
Now I know this type of thing can happen, but surely she could have texted me early in the morning to say she was ill until leaving it until 10 minutes before we were due to meet.
Wasted journey and a negative from me for her lack of communication over the illness, the meet was mid-morning so plenty of time to send me a text to save me the journey.
