Poor sod. Must be hard on him.

He certainly learned his lesson the hard way.

I read this and flushed mine down the loo.
Now my bloody toilet's blocked just when I'm shitting myself with worry.

The leaflet that comes with the drug warns about this condition. It actually says that if your erection lasts for more than four hours you should seek urgent treatment because permanent damage to the penis could result. This guy obviously didn't read that. And the leaflet also warns against exceeding the stated dose.

Which is why, when she first prescribed it, my GP started me on 25 mg, moving up to 50 mg tabs when the 25 mg tabs didn't do the trick.  I ended up on 100 mg.

I'd rather do it that way than suffer what may have happened here.

Joking aside.....have you tried the others?  My GP was fine so I tried Cialis and then Levitra which works the best for me - and for some reason the price seems to be less each time - £16 for a private prescription  for four tablets.  I have now determined half or even a quarter tablet is enough so pretty good value and no wondering if it is made of dried cow poo cut with arsenic in a Delhi back street.

Yes.  Within 2 months of Pfizer's patent on Viagra expiring, my prescription is now for a generic equivalent which hasn't been quite as effective.

Or perhaps I've not been seeing as sexy women? :unknown:

There may be a psycological effect there - the generic "can't" be as good as the branded stuff in your mind?

I presume though that if the NHS wants you to take a generic, you must be being prescribed as an NHS patient?  I do mine as a private prescription when you surely can have what you want?

I'm a Socialist, Comrade Lurcio.  ;)

The NHS is one of the things which, as a Pensioner, I pay my taxes for!

No, I think it's definitely the tablets. I found 50mg of the 'real thing' wasn't quite working for me, so the doctor put me up to 100mg. But I got the generic version, which just isn't working as I hoped it would. And I've tried it with two regulars, both of whom I find very attractive. The doc says if these don't work, he'll try me on something else. I'm lucky; I get mine, and the prescription for nothing.

Sounds promising.
