I would say it is the same girl, with more photo shopping applied to pictures on the Diva site (and a steeper price tag with it).
I doubt she would be getting much business at £250, let alone £600 per hour; Her enjoys list is rather light, especially for either rates. That's my opinion anyway.
And she is a Romanian.
