Wanted to give this one a try as my regular punt has moved to Worthing. Got the info from Viva Street

Communication started well, I texted her to ask her availability, she got back to me promptly, and arranged a 3.45pm appointment. Knowing it will take time for me to get there, I contacted her again when I arrived in Stratford, after travelling 1hour. She confirmed appointment was still good. I reached Newbury Park Station at 3.40, I gave her a call as I was instructed. No answer, tried again, no answer. I continued to wait until 4.15. No response. No further contact from her, not even an apology. Total waste of time.
