I ended up at Bangkok Thai Massage (External Link/Members Only) on a quiet residential square in Norrmalm.  Lots of research suggested that Stockholm is chokka with Thai massage places (very true) and that when you ring, as all are locked (true), they often don't let you in, fibbing and saying they're full.  That wasn't true for me; I went straight in.  I also had no problems being offered extras, having tried to make it clear I wanted them: stripping naked at the start, spreading my legs wide, and sighing audibly whenever a hand went near to my erogenous zones.

Yes, absolutely, that was the sense I had.  Predictable though, given how expensive everything else is there.  Another factor is that paying for sex is not only illegal but vigorously policed in Sweden, meaning SPs and OPs have to be very surreptitious; the endemic risks seem to drive up costs. The rest of Sweden seems much the same, thus far, price-wise.   I'm off to Norway next, and expect similar there.
