Her profile says she's a switch. So I guess she's aiming at the premium end of the BDSM market. Judging from Harpoon's review of Little Katie, I wonder if he's too adventurous for this lass and she got cold feet.  In which case, she's not operating at the premium end and therefore rates are way over the top.
